自我排除政策

At Rain.gg, we prioritize responsible gaming and are committed to creating a secure and accountable environment for all our users. As part of this commitment, we offer a "Self-Exclusion" feature on our website, allowing players to take a break from gaming whenever needed.

Implications of Self-Exclusion

By opting for Self-Exclusion, you agree to temporarily suspend your ability to:

1. Play games
2. Make deposits and redemptions
3. Claim rewards, including rain and free cases
4. View other players' games

Inflexibility of Self-Exclusion

It's important to understand that once you set a Self-Exclusion period, it cannot be reversed until the chosen period expires. This decision is final, and Rain.gg will not override it.

Permanent Exclusion

If you wish to permanently ban yourself from the platform, please contact our support team for assistance.

Rain.gg is dedicated to promoting responsible gaming and encourages the use of Self-Exclusion by anyone who feels it is necessary for their well-being. Our goal is to provide a platform that offers enjoyable and safe entertainment while equipping you with the tools to manage your gaming responsibly.
